With nearly 20 years of headhunting experience, he specializes in senior leadership roles across finance, IT, real estate, and CEO-level positions. His successful placements include Finance Director & Board Secretary of a listed company, North China Regional President of a foreign fund, APAC Vice President of a multinational corporation, Corporate Finance Director and Business Department General Manager of a securities firm, etc. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Qingdao Maitong Venture Capital (Milestone Venture Capital Fund), and acts as director and management consultant for multiple portfolio companies.
My Philosophy on Headhunting Executive search is a "hard-core" management consulting service that drives performance improvement and organizational transformation for enterprises through targeted talent introduction. While the headhunting industry has undergone tremendous changes over the past decades, the core logic that professionalism creates value has never changed. My transition from a "talent being headhunted" to a "headhunter" was driven by the ambition to build a seamless match between talents and enterprises. To evolve from a pure Headhunter to a true Hearthunter that connects both sides at a deeper level is my higher career pursuit.
