Gavin heads the BTL China office. He conducts searches for clients primarily in the finance sector for Vice President and “C”-level positions. Past clients include STIHL (Germany), Faiveley (France), and Kangda FOODS (Singapore).Gavin spent time in investment banking as Project Manager with Wantong Security Co., Ltd (a branch of China International Trust Investment Corporation (CITIC)). He consulted for companies in China in IPO /M&A affairs. After this, he worked with the Lujian Group as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, he was in charge of HR,administration & Investment. Mr. Gai graduated from Shandong University with a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics.
